Regarding the european project My generation at Work, Alias Group participated in Braga-Portugal on a transnational workshop about urban european politics, having Victoria Gómez as a representative that offers technical assistance for Employment Delegation of Valenica City Council. The workshop took place between September 12 and 13, with the participation of 12 european cities that shared good practice for preparing the youth for the labor market. The knowlegde will be used to create experiments that can offer solutions to local problems in the city of Valencia regarding youth, making local opportunities available to young entrepreneurs.
The city of Valencia already has a project where it prioritizes the creation of Curriculums focused to companies which offer young people support while looking for a job.
The Braga workshop also gave an opportunity of knowing the creative space of GNRation, which is a platform created in the city center and its aim is to connect business ideas based on innovative products and services. GNRation offers cultural and social experience by reuniting artists and creatives at the same place with the audience and visitors. The place offers similar characteristics to the building of Las NAVES, which is a space equiped with the most innovative technical resources so that the young ones can perform their creative process and show their creations. The Valencian project will develop in the surroundings of las Naves, making interchange activities easier for the ones included in the project.
Below we are showing you various photos from the workshop and the presentation video of Braga building.
